With Eugenia’s careful management and Roberto’s ideas, skilfully and wisely translated by the chef Natalina, Hotel Adele has undertaken an innovative path in Veneto culinary tradition. In fact, many à la carte first and second courses are offered.

We would like to tell you a little anecdote....
During the summer football camps at lunchtime the children are served penne pasta with vodka sauce on the first day. Their appreciation for this dish can be seen almost every day as they always want to come back with their parents to eat this dish again.

A few years ago we started making paella almost as a joke (just with fish) and now the number of requests for it is growing exponentially.
