We would like to tell you a little anecdote....
During the summer football camps at lunchtime the children are served penne pasta with vodka sauce on the first day. Their appreciation for this dish can be seen almost every day as they always want to come back with their parents to eat this dish again.
A few years ago we started making paella almost as a joke (just with fish) and now the number of requests for it is growing exponentially.
